HOW TO DELIVER
Send show content straight to Lightroom from your browser. Files go directly into our storage, in parallel, and carry on if the connection drops.
WHAT YOU NEED
- A desktop browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- A wired network connection if you can. Wi-Fi works but is slower and less reliable.
- Sleep turned off. The upload page keeps the screen awake while it runs, but a laptop lid or power setting can still stop it.

Real speeds are usually a little lower than your connection's headline figure.
WHAT TO SEND
Codecs, frame rate, the surfaces and their resolutions are in the content spec. The upload page checks each file against it as you add it and says what matches. A file that differs is still sent; the team just gets a note.
NAMING YOUR FILES
We prefer name_surface_version.ext, for example FONO_awall_v2610011432.mov. Date versions like _v251002 are accepted, but the full date and time _vYYMMDDHHMM is preferred because it allows more than one version a day. A longer kind of version always counts as newer. The surface codes and the full naming rules are in the content spec. The page suggests a name where yours differs: USE it or KEEP your own name. You never have to rename.
A file with the same name can't be delivered twice. Send a new version instead; the page offers the next version number for you.
IF IT'S INTERRUPTED
Come back to the same page and add the same files or folder again. Files already delivered are skipped, so only new or changed files are sent, and anything half-sent carries on from where it stopped. A changed file with a name that's already delivered is sent as a new version: the page offers the next version number.
To add files to a folder you've already delivered, press ADD FILES HERE on that folder in the DELIVERED list.
PLEASE DON'T ZIP
Send the files and folders as they are. Zip, RAR, 7z and other archives aren't accepted: they have to be unpacked before anyone can check them, and a single damaged byte can ruin the whole archive. Drag in the folder instead and its structure is kept.
